Live Booth Chat

(The Live chat feature is not mandatory and will NOT be included in the digital booth profile unless specified by the exhibitor to be included - opt in system) - a simple automated functionality/message (i.e. email address) is also possible to be placed on the booth without the need for a EAACI/Tidio account.

A live chat function is available for some virtual exhibition booths (please refer to the prospectus for packages that included this chat feature) to engage with delegates. Exhibiting companies will be provided with an account to access the Live Chat platform. EAACI will be using Tidio.

The live chat will help sponsors to communicate with the delegates promptly and in a convenient way. The exchange of information in this live booth (Tidio) chat feature is only between delegate and sponsor. It is not made public.

As this interaction happens in real-time, the feedback sponsors receive can assist to measure the satisfaction rate of the delegate, strengthen the communication, and deliver fast and effective delegate support and experience.

Exhibitors can adjust the communication settings so that when a delegate messages, it triggers an automated response. In case you miss a conversation, you can easily follow up with the delegate by converting the chat message to email format.

The chat feature on each digital booth is only available for 1 month after event date. The sponsor has the option to either turn the chat feature off entirely OR keep an automatic reply message displayed before the 1 month period has expired. All sponsors are encouraged to download their detailed reports from the Tidio chat well before the 1 month period has expired.

Each exhibiting company will then require to individually setup their account (see image below) and customise the individual experience for the company and delegates.

More information on the Live Chat function is available on the Tidio website  https://www.tidio.com/knowledge/faq/ .

All conversations and participants interacting with the Live Chat will be accessible via all Chat
Representatives.

The allocated chat representatives will have access to certain delegate information as soon as the delegate starts to interact with the chat feature. The Tidio chat system is integrated into the back-end of the EAACI digital platform and pulls this information from the digital registration platform.
