For all digital exhibition booths and Industry sessions a data capture package is available to purchase (premium packages already include this module for free) and is setup by EAACI on the back end of the digital platform system. The delegate is asked when they visit the sponsor digital booth or Industry session to provide consent for their data to be shared with EAACI and the Industry sponsor - see example below of the message prompt the delegate must interact with.
For premium digital packages this is included and the final file is available on request. For all other EAACI Focused Meeting digital packages it is possible to purchase additionally (product code: VIR_SYMP_MOD2X.09).
