EAACI Promotional Email – Industry activities
EAACI commits to ensuring Industry activities are promoted to the participants of its digital and hybrid events. Dedicated industry mailings (eBlasts) are included in most of the EAACI digital symposia and exhibition packages (Please refer to the sponsorship prospectus if this is an inclusion in your sponsor package).
This promotional email is not to be confused with a paid sponsor item (ADVXX.11 - "Congress promotional email") which is a separate email.
For these promotional emails EAACI requires only submission of a logo (Premium Package only) and NO other text, html or structural content is required to be submitted by the sponsor. The template of these eBlasts are designed and implemented by EAACI Marketing for event informational purposes.
Pre-event email
Target Audience: EAACI 50,000+ pax (subscribers to EAACI)
Type of recognition: Premium Digital Exhibition Package (Logo included in email); Standard and Basic (name included only in email)

Post-event email
Audience: Only registered participants of the event – check sponsor prospectus if provided
Type of recognition: Premium Digital Exhibition Package (Logo included in email); Standard and Basic (name included only in email)
