Congress promotional email (Weekly Highlights Publication)
This promotional email relates to the paid sponsor item (ADVXX.11 - "Congress/Event promotional email"). EAACI Founder Sponsors also receive this email as a privilege in their annual contracts at no charge. Once the sponsor has ordered this item, EAACI will send a schedule to fill in their preferences.
The following format of mass mailing is offered to sponsors:
Target audience - Sponsors message will be distributed to over 50,000 subscribers through EAACI`s regular promotional eBlasts – EAACI Weekly Highlights (dissemination is every two weeks starting around February/March of each year before annual congress
Each Weekly Highlight will include three (3) banners (images)
Banner (image) advertisement - The format of the advertisement is a banner design
No HTML code is to be included in the banner image
Each Sponsor is responsible to provide one image per banner 7 days prior to publication date for integration into the EAACI Weekly Highlights template and mailing system.
EAACI will review content of image (pending approval by SPC).
The dissemination date of each regular eBlast will be every 2 weeks (schedule is available/uploaded on the ESOP) once finalised.
The advertisement of products is not permitted. Any embedded external hyperlinks will be evaluated on a case by case basis making sure that EAACI conforms to all regulations. The rules and regulations on EAACI promotions can be accessed by clicking here .
