Introduction

A digital exhibition booth is made up of two key important parts. A user-interface and the backend platform. The user-interface is considered the look and styling of the 3D booths that is a template provided by EAACI. The backend platform is made up of specific elements and content that must be provided by the Digital Exhibitors. All this required information (i.e. files, hyperlinks, elements and text) is detailed within these sub folders and must be submitted to EAACI by the due dates located within the sponsor prospectus (aligned with the specific package purchased).

All Digital Exhibitors will be granted early access to the backend of their booth to upload, edit and view their basic booth profiles. They will be able to modify the content of their own booths the entire time (even during congress) - no deadlines are provided by EAACI for the digital booth content.

All EAACI digital platforms are made available to delegates (on-demand) following the digital event for 6 months starting from the first day of the event (for example 31 May 2024 until 10 31 December 2024).

New "Additional Modules" (explanation)
EAACI has undertaken a big transformation in the way all digital Industry symposium and digital exhibition packages are offered to sponsors. In the past there were many features and add-ons that sponsors did not use or did not want in their packages. To simplify matters, EAACI now offers the basic package features with all ESOP bookings (at a reduced rate) and any additional features desired must be purchased through additional "modules" online. This allows all EAACI sponsors a basic digital presence on the EAACI event digital platform complimentary without huge overhead costs. These modules are explained throughout these help pages and are only available for digital exhibition and/or the digital elements of an Industry symposium.
