Voting / Polling Interaction in Sessions

It is permitted to integrate links to an external Voting/Polling apps from external companies. The purchase of the package is required when using either an EAACI solution of external solution. This EAACI digital tool is used for both onsite and digital only participants.
Speakers are able to engage directly with delegates to stimulate dialogue and gain the answers to burning questions from the target audience in a live session. EAACI provides voting / polling features via the EAACI Digital Platform for the entire duration of the session and provides training, technical support & briefing to its speakers prior to the event, before the session and during the session (where required).
Speakers will asked to prepare two slides in their PowerPoint presentation: 1 slide “Question” with either a YES/NO question or a A/B/C/D/E question (maximum 5 answers) + 1 slide “Answer”.
Then, when uploading their presentation at the Speaker Service Center, they will be asked to tag those slides as Voting slides.
The data from the voting / polling results will be made available by the end of the day of the Industry Symposium in an Excel Export of the voting results.
