(The Business Card Exchange feature is not mandatory however will be included unless specified by the exhibitor to be excluded)
The Business Card exchange is a feature that allows the delegates to submit their personal
information to obtain more details from the exhibiting company. Delegate information from the EAACI digital platform registration profile is included with their personal message (if applied) and available immediately (see images below).
This information is available to the exhibitors in real time. The information is made available in the exhibitor sponsors login profile within the digital platform (see below images). The information is available to downloaded as an .csv file at any time during the event by the exhibitor.
The delegate communicates their personal information (GDPR compliant) through this Business Card Exchange tool, the exhibitor is NOT expected to provide any contact information through this tool.
The business card exchange will be available for the entire duration the digital congress platform is open (EAACI standard period for all digital platforms in 6 months)
Users prospective - the user must agree to sharing their personal contact data
Exhibitors profile perspective (access through exhibitors user profile) - real time information available during the digital event
