This package is designed for sponsors who request support from the EAACI official Symposia broadcasting agency, outside of the normal inclusions in each Industry Symposia package.
The information below provides information with regards to the Industry Symposium Pre-recording Support Package - a separate sponsor item (#VIR_2X.04) that must be additionally be purchased if the sponsor would like to receive technical support from the EAACI official Symposia broadcasting agency.

Advice and assistance from CYIM (EAACI official congress agency)
Access to our agency CYIM online recording studio
Technical editing services and advice - from our official congress agency CYIM
Specifications for a recording session:
The online recording studio can be booked for 2 hours maximum (if applicable)
This must be a common slot for all you speakers combined
We use Zoom to connect them to our studio, they share their slides
A technical team is there during the entire duration of the recording slot
Speakers must present continuously in a row, however it is possible to do minor post-production
Recording studio is available from 10am to 5pm (CET) on the opening days.
