Industry Symposia Basic Package
All Industry Symposium bookings made on the ESOP include the basic package features (see below).
Any additional features are possible to add to your basic symposium package and can done either by:
A purchase of a full premium package - included all modules on the ESOP OR
Purchasing individual modules on the ESOP
a company logo (format: .ai or .psd)
an introduction text maximum 150 words (format: .txt or word file)
Basic Programme details displayed on Digital Platform & Mobile App (i.e. Session title , timing, speaker full name and country)

Basic Programme details displayed on EAACI Knowledge Hub (i.e. Session title , timing, speaker full name and country)
Industry Symposia Premium Package (Digital only)
All premium packages booked through the ESOP include the modules/features below. The ESOP sponsor item code is #VIR_SYMP24.01.05
Data capture/Lead retrieval module (digital delegates only - onsite devices must be purchased separately)
one promotional banner - 1600x190 px (WxH) - (format: ai or psd) or a company logo
an introduction text maximum 150 words (format: .txt or word file)
up to ten (10) downloadable documents maximum (format: PDF - no file size limit)
up to ten (10) promotional videos (format: mp4, no size limit)
the link from the dedicated company replay page (RSP) to a nominated EAACI virtual booth and vice versa (if available) with a button “Virtual booth"
additional hyperlinks to your company website or other external company site
New "Additional Modules" (explanation)
EAACI has undertaken a big transformation in the way all digital Industry symposium and digital exhibition packages are offered to sponsors. In the past there were many features and add-ons that sponsors did not use or did not want in their packages. To simplify matters, EAACI now offers the basic package features with all ESOP bookings (at a reduced rate) and any additional features desired must be purchased through additional "modules" online. This allows all EAACI sponsors a basic digital presence on the EAACI event digital platform complimentary without huge overhead costs. These modules are explained throughout these help pages and are only available for digital exhibition and/or the digital elements of an Industry symposium.
